The roles
The face of the shop: taking orders, running food, keeping the room warm and the regulars happy. Great for people who like people. Weekend availability is a plus.
The engine room: prep, line cooking, and the care that goes into every bowl and sandwich. Experience helps but attitude matters more. We teach the Korean side.
